We deliver to every governorate in Egypt, and shipping is free on orders above 500 EGP. You can pay cash on delivery, by card, by e-wallet or by bank transfer, and exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. What changes by location is timing: Cairo and Giza are faster than distant governorates, and you see the estimate on the checkout page before you confirm.

- All Egyptian governorates, from Alexandria to Aswan.
- Cairo and Giza: the fastest delivery window, usually the next working day or the one after.
- Other governorates: a little longer depending on the courier and the distance.
- The final estimate appears on the checkout page for your governorate, and the official figures are set out in the shipping policy.
Free shipping above 500 EGP
Shipping is free on any order totalling 500 EGP or more. Below that, the cost is calculated by governorate and shown to you before you confirm. A practical note: if you are close to the threshold, adding one more piece often makes the whole order ship free.
Payment methods
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier when the parcel arrives, and you can inspect the order before paying. Make sure the phone number on your order is reachable and correct, because the courier calls it before delivery.
Card, e-wallet and bank transfer
Also available if you prefer to pay in advance. When you pay up front, the order goes straight into processing without a phone confirmation step. Each method is described in the returns and exchanges policy.
Tracking your order
Once your order is confirmed you receive a tracking link, and you can follow the shipment from the track order page. If anything is delayed, message us on WhatsApp at 01055583330 and we will update you.
Collect from a branch instead

Exchanges and returns
- Window: 14 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: the item unused, with its original tag.
- Start an exchange from the exchange form, and a return from the return form.
